Can I pick which fragrances I will receive?

Our service is about exploration and discovery. As such we work towards introducing you to 60 great fragrances each year. Our team carefully selects the fragrances each month based on a variety of factors including suitability for the season and general popularity of scent profile, among others.

Will I get the same fragrances again in a later issue?

Typically, no… the only exceptions are if you change your subscription or purchase one of our seasonal or promotional releases, which will contain previous favourites.

What type of brands might I find in an issue?

We include niche and artisanal fragrances, which could include Memoize, Ilk, Anima Vinci, Ruth Mastenbroek, Tom Daxon, Kingdom Scotland, Bois 1920, Prosody, Eight&Bob, Byredo, Le Labo, Papillon, Diptyque, and many more.

What if I don't like any of the fragrances?

We always put a mix of fragrances in each shipment to ensure you like at least one if not all of them. However, we acknowledge that part of the journey of discovery is finding things you do not like. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or  provide refunds on used product. If there is a fragrance you are not too keen on, they make a great little gift to a friend or family member.

How much fragrance will I receive each month?

Each shipment contains, on average, 5 x 2ml spray bottles. Each spray bottle gives around 25-30 sprays which give a total of around 125-150 sprays in total across the 5 spray bottles, enough to last 30 days using approx. 4-5 sprays per day.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! For subscribers outside of the UK, we charge a separate shipping fee, which varieties depending on your location. Additionally, you will be responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country. 

How much is postage and package?

Delivery to anywhere within the UK if free of charge. If you wish to receive the box outside of the UK, we can provide you with cost of shipping and should you wish to proceed we will have to add a shipping fee to your subscription.

How long do I have to wait to receive each box?

We aim to ship out the boxes in the first week of each month following successful payment. However, many of our partners custom make the perfumes in accordance with demand and sometimes this process could take 3-4 weeks. So, if you subscribe after the first week of the month you may not receive your box until the next shipment date. Nevertheless, we will contact you when you first subscribe to inform you of the availability of the perfumes so that you know exactly when you can expect your next shipment.

My box has not arrived yet!

If your payment was successful and your box has not arrived by the 15th working day of the month, please contact us. If your payment was unsuccessful we cannot ship out any boxes until the payment issue is resolved.

Will your subscription box fit through my letterbox?

Yes! we have specifically designed our boxes so they fit through UK letterboxes so you don't need to be home to receive your scent box.

How do I update my shipping address?

Updating your details is easy… just select the user icon at the top of the page and from the my account page you can change any of your details including billing, shipping, payment or subscription.

Note that if you change your delivery address after the 25th of each month the box shipped at the beginning of the following month may be shipping to your previous address.

Which cards can I make payment with?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, made secure via Stripe.

When will I be billed for my recurring monthly subscription?

You will not be charged until the 1st of each month. For example, if you subscribe on the 24th January, you will not be charged until the 1st February. Your payment information is secured and encrypted via Stripe. Every month on the 1st, The payment method you signed up with will be charged for your subscription. (We do not charge your card at the time of signing up, unless you sign up on the 1st of the month)

Why was my payment not accepted?

Most payments fail because of an incorrect billing address, an expired card or insufficient funds in the account. If this is the case, please visit our website, log into your account, and update your details to reactivate your subscription.

How can I update my billing address or payment details?

Updating your details is easy… just log into your account and you can change any of your details including billing, shipping, payment or subscription.

Note that if you change your delivery address after the 25th of each month the box shipped at the beginning of the following month may be shipping to your previous address.

What is the refund and returns policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of refunds on any used products. If the postal packaging is broken or the seal on the box has been broken or torn the product is considered used. 

If the postal package and the seal on box is unbroken, you can send the box back to us and we will issue a full refund. 

If you wish to receive a refund please email us and we will provide you with further instructions.

How do I cancel my subscription?
